TERMS and CONDITIONS are as follows:

DELIVERY: All orders which do not require motif or text engraving will normally be dispatched within 10 days of the order being received by us. If an item is out of stock, we shall email the customer to notify them of the delay, and give an expected date for dispatch.

Special orders, i.e. those that require text or motif (e.g. Clan Crest) engraving will take up to 21 days to dispatch.

If we advise the customer that an order will take longer than normal to dispatch, the option to cancel the order is available.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY: The sole charge is a flat rate cost of £3.00 (within UK), £5.00 (all other countries), irrespective of the size or value of your order.

TAX: All prices shown are exclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchasers from the UK and other EU Member States should note that VAT will be automatically added to your order when you proceed to the checkout. No tax is added to orders from non-EU shoppers.

RETURNS: If an item delivered to the customer does not meet expectations, then the order can be returned to us (within 14 days) for a full refund, provided it is sent back in its original packaging, and is securely wrapped.

We shall refund shipping/delivery costs only if an item is found to be substandard.
